No Boost 200

The wastegate should be stiff, one of the tricks to increase boost is adding a spring to keep the WG from opening as soon. Since the problem has been coming on a while my guess would be an oil soaked hose that has developed a hole or clogged cat, with the cat being the primary suspect, a small increase in backpressure has a large impact on turbo performance. Check the hoses first, they're cheaper.
Just a couple of guesses based on what I've seen with my 2 turbos.
