intake manifold removal

When I pulled an LH-Jetronic style manifold from the junkyard I believe I
used an open ended wrench or something to get the last nut. The B21FT
manifold was nice because the two hard to reach nuts are replaced with
much easier to reach bolts.

Don't forget the lower support as well.
