How to up the boost? 700

Ok I would like to know what the best way to up the boost pressure without adjusting the rod. My jam nut is rusted and locked in place, threads are nonusable. I need to hunt down a new acuator. But I do have a boost gauge and am getting 7psi. I would like to get 9-10 without changing the rod since at the moment thats not possible.
Do I tap the hose going from the manifold or from the wastgate - actuator?
Any one have any good suggestions? Cheap ones?
