You could also shim the wastegate actuator between the mounting bracket and the diaphragm. I used just regular washers, 3 on each side, it raised about 3-4 psi. You could probably use alignment shims or body shimd of some sort so you dont have to pull the diphram completly out to shim it, that way you could just loosen them, shim it, and retighten.
