If you want to do a good job it a pretty extensive process. You have to take out the seats, brake lines and fuel lines. Then you have to find all the factory spot welds in the floor pan(via wire brush). Slightly drill them out so you drill through the old floor pan only and not the frame rails or the inside of the rocker panels. Then you chisel the old floorpan out of the car.An air chisel works the best. After that you set the new pans in place and measure. You may have to trim the new pans to fit. Then you punch or drill new holes for spot welds in the pans, lay them in place, and weld them in. Then grind the welds, seam seal, and undercoat. I am currently in the process of putting new pans in my 67 122 2door. I ordered the pans from www.scandcar.com. Them are a perfect factory match. If you want I can send some pictures to give you an idea of what all you'll need to do, or have done.
