Quick Question - Radiator Drain Plug 700

Recently purchased a 740 GL auto 1990. Coolant in resevoir is a murky brown, yet heater still gets heat! I've found the drain plug on the passenger side of the engine block, but can't find a drain plug on the bottom of the stock Blackstone radiator itself. Does it have a drain plug or does one just disconnect the lower hose? Thanks!
