overheating after much work. 200 1979

I think MacMuz is suggesting you run the engine with the thermostat removed. Ie. Pull the thermo and close up the system. Run the engine and feel for heat at the top rad hose. Should be there without a thermo. If isn't, then pump not working. If is, then thermo def.

Doesn't rad get hot?
