Brakelight switch 120-130

Oh;

Brake lights are controlled by brakelight switch ONLY...state of lines and wheel components plays no part(but I suggest you get, and keep, those working well!).

Hydraulic switches are well known to fail beacuse of amoung other things the typical slow rise in pressure (one can't be slamming on the brake every time...it annoys the passengers and those following!). I highly recommend upgrading to a "pedal-position-sensing" brake light switch...ask anyone around here!

See: http://www.intelab.com/swem/swemkits.htm

Brake booster? Recycle that thing!

Cheers
