ATF - foaming is bad because what causes foaming is air bubbles. air is 1) a poor conductor of heat and 2) provides no lubrication whatsoever
coolant - too much pressure is bad. the cap releasing pressure is more of a safety mechanism than anything. something else in your system might decide to go before your cap.
engine - overfilling leads to higher oil consumption. not only are you wasting your money and the oil, but you're burning oil, and that'll have a big negative effect on your cat (reducing its effectiveness and clogging the pores eventually leading to a cat that is blocked AND no longer working)
rear axle - probably would lead to foaming like the ATF. same explanation.
