150 kPa versus 75 kPa Cooling Caps: Debate Needed

John Sargent pointed out last night that IPD recommends only 75 kPa low-pressure caps when installing their aftermarket Nissens radiators. This is despite the 150kPa Volvo cooling system specification for most RWD cars. What has everyone's experience been on the board with aftermarket radiators (specifically, these Nissen units) and either high or low pressure caps? Any blown cooling systems? Any abnormal leaking?

For what it's worth, I just installed a Nissen aluminum-plastic unit in my 95 940, using the higher-pressure cap, and will be watching it closely.
