I believe you can remove the bumber shock and replace it, if there is no body damage anyways, you may have bent the bumber or something like that below, if the damage isnt to bad go buy yourself a damber from a local volvo parts store pull what needs to be pulled out remove the bumber if all is well it should go right back together as long as nothing is bent to the extreme down there, i did this on a 740 geessee about 6 years ago and cant remeber for the life of me all i had to go though to make it happen
