240 bumper 'posts' - can I replace? 200 1989

I am not too sure your going to have any luck "pulling" a comperessed bumper shock out...those suckers are VERY difficult. I am not convinced its even worth your time (nor injury if you do suceed) with getting one back in shape.

you now what I would do if I were you? I would hit the junk yard and "pull" a good pair out of another 89. I am not too sure on the air bag scene in your car, but the swap out is very simple and worth only an hour or so. If you dont have any luck finding some, let me know...I think I have a good, clean, set floating around somewhere. I would be happy to send them your way.
