Need help with 240 (not) Starting 200

If you think it is a fuel relay or fuse porblem, then hot wire fuses four and six (verify first) to bypass fuel pump rely and fuses. This will let you know if the relay or fuse is bad. I'd change them anyways, there not that expensive and they do errode with time. Use caution if jumping the fuse panel to amke the pumps work. You don't have fused protection when doing this.

Also, another common problem is the crank position sensor. Will cause the car to fail a start when warm. Not expensive and takes about an hour to change. But make sure you check the fuel relay and relay fuse first(on the fender behind the BATT), as these are very common failure points. Let us know what you find.
