That's nothing unusual. Which one did you break? I've broken 2 of the adjustment bars and 3 of the mounts on the block. I haven't broken any for a while though...........i little bird told me that a slight misalignment of the drive pulley's can put alot of strain on the mount's at high rpm.
I've just made sure everything is dead straight and used the shortest belt that will do the job.
It does happen to these motors though
