It looks like they allow a more generous towing capacity over there. I thing that my manual says 3300lb (1500kg )here in the US, 1600kg is around 3528lb .
What exactly does the reinforcement kit do and how does it mount, that 1800kg (about 3969lb )limit sounds interesting.
