B230FT Timing

Oh yeah- I checked the grounds and I tried a different battery and even tried using a running car battery as a jump (I hate doing that) since I might have run down the second batery while trying to start it.

It feels like a timing issue but I don't see what could be off. I must be ignorant about something and need an epiphany. I'm way over my head.
