Engine Seized! Advice? 200

Cousins:

OK. Checked the engine last nite. No water in the oil. No oil in the water. Pulled the valve cover, fan and timing gear cover, put a wrench on the cam pulley, and was able to turn the engine back & forth 180 degrees by the cam pulley. the engine would stop at both ends of the 180 degrees, and would "bang" up against something that sounds like its in the bellhousing area.

Car has had a failrly recent clutch job by an unknown (to me) local shop.

Will get some help tonite to turn the engine with a wrench while I get under near the tranny.

Tranny seems to shift OK. Any ideas?
