If the rubber on your strut mounts is not cracked, then the mounts should be fine. If you DO change your mounts be weary of using cheaper mounts with your Bilsteins. Because the struts are stiffer, they're putting more pressure on the mounts. And one guy over at turbobricks.com had his ScanTec mounts ripped apart by his Bilstein HDs. The result was the top of the strut punched a hole through his hood!!!
