The ignition wires can cause this problem.

Try wiping the wires down with some dry paper towels before starting the car.....or better yet....use a blow dryer to dry the wires real good before starting. Be sure to get the coil wire and the coil tower. You also will loose voltage where the wires might be laying on any oily metal surfaces like the valve cover.

My 85 has some really old wires and I have noticed that it misses out intermittenly when it's really humid out. The problem goes away after the engine bay has time to warm up and dry out. Thats the only time it ever misses is when it is really humid.
