You have it right! A slight amount of AMP light glowing when one turns on the ventilation blower is perfectly NORMAL and by design, caused by the intentional voltage drop across the resistance of Fuse1. Problems occur when additional unintended voltage drops occur across corrosion or other poor contacts. An indication of this is when the AMP light glows more.
