Believe these are lead calcium. New charge controller and meter hooked up now, and that pretty much tells me all I need to know (incoming amps/volts/battery volts/re-settable A/H meter/accumulated A/H meter..and other stuff)Neat stuff it is indeed.

I'm told these batteries should be good for 20 years if I treat 'em right. Could toast 'em in less than a week if I screw up though. I'm all good... many thanks for your input!
