Jacking point question 700

Yikes! That seems very rusty for a 740. My 1990 looks like new and it has spent its life in Southern Ontario where salt is used and winter roads can be a slushy mess of salt, snow and sand. All the 700 series was galvanized, was it not? It is the lack of rust on my car that caused me to be surprised when the metal around the jacking points buckled. Guess I will have to crawl under there and have a good look to see what is going on.
