any cold starting suggestions?? 700

A friend with many volvos gave me this tip. These cars have poorly sealed distributors. This allows moisture to enter the cap. I don't know what the real name is but he said get a can of "wire dry" and spray it into the cap before starting. It will absord moisture and evaporate. Don't start it for about fifteen minutes though 'cause this spray has propane in it.

never tried this myself, just passing it on.
