Flux capacitor. Is that from "Back to the Future"? I saw that car - I think it is from that show - at a car museum in Volo, Illinois - the one Volvo sued to try to get them to change the name of their website - volocars.com
It looked like a DeLorean someone decorated with Radio Shack!
