Basic math/speedo question 200 1981

I have the 15" (Virgo?) turbo alloys on my 81 245. 205/60-15 tires. My question is how does this affect speedo 'accuracy'? Original equipment wheels were 14" so the larger diameter wheel/tire combos affect the speed reading how?
