Basic math/speedo question 200 1981

Larger diameter means that the wheels turn fewer revolutions in a mile, so the odo and speedo will both read low.

To calculate the error, you need to know the rolling radius of the original tires and of the new tires. The % increase in rolling radius corresponds to the % drop in indicated speed (and miles traveled).
