Tell your son that I've been in three car accidents; I had the fewest injuries while I was in my Volvo (broad-sided by a semi-trailer). And please wear seat belts!!!!!!! If appearance is an issue, why not get a late 1970s 242 GT? It's sporty (for a Volvo) and is fun to drive.
