Cure for visor sag - 240

All three of our 240 sedans have visors that have twisted downward at the end opposite the pivot rod support. I assume that this sag is not original, although it does help the visors "fit" the windshield curvature. Does anybody have a sure-fire fix to eliminate the sag?
