Shayne: Just to continue this thread a bit, if you need a better template, then I could scan or take a dital image in much higher resolution. Possibly, the Amazon alone might be easier to reproduce and possibly less expensive. Regardless, count me in if this goes to "production". Although my Amazon-S is relatively stock, I always like to add nice enhancements. The original owner actually made a tool box (aluminum lid with wooden edges) that sits on top of the clutch/brake box in the engine compartment. It's handy for storing those 6 volt bulbs, manuals and of course small tools. My Amazon has the single rear trunk handle, but I still put the earlier gold Volvo logo below the driver's side trunk edge.
