> Is the piston dropping cleanly all the way down, or is the needle hanging up on the jet?

It's dropping all the way down, as far as I can tell. I compared it to the other side and both are the same. It's not hanging up either. I even removed the needle from the piston and put it back to make sure the shoulder was flush with the piston bottom.
