89 240 wagon stalling problem 200 1989

Well, after resoldering, the problem eventually got worse, and now the car doesn't start at all. I bought a new fuel pump relay, and installed it. Still, no luck. I am kind of at a loss. It is cold as heck here in Spokane and hard to work on the car in the snow and ice. I will probably take it to the shop if I am unable to figure this out on my own.
