Successful 140 engine swaps? 140-160

I think my '69 145 needs more power to keep up with traffic. I have given up on the idea of swapping in a later "leaning tower of power" as too much work for too little.
At present I am considering these two (because the are locally available). A rear drive 3800 from a Firebird or a Ford turbo 2.3 liter.
Has anyone seen any successful swaps into these cars. I am not interested in doing it just to prove it can be done. I am interested in reasonably easy swaps that result in a "real car".
