Radio install? 700 1990

It'll fit.

Wiring was sorta redone, though by the previous owner. He had in there an Alpine head unit, Alpine EQ, Boston Acoustic separates, and (2) amps driving 'em. Too bad the CD loading mechanism took a dump and two of the speaker's surrounds disintegrated. It's always fun on the older head units too, since neither the wiring nor the rewiring was EIA color coded.

For the CD changer, "best place" is subjective. I mounted mine's under the big storage hatch, where the amps were placed too.

Needing work, though, is my Sirius installation. I want to splice in a switch for the auxillary input (which is shared with the CD changer harness) and the power from the backside. Cigarette lighter connections get in the way of shifting. :)
