missing/hesitating after warm at idle 700 1989

My 89 745 turbo has started to idle a bit rough, like it misfires every so often when idling, or unde mild acceleration. This only occurs after it is warmed up. I don't notice any missing or hesitation when accelerating briskly.

Any ideas on where to start looking?

It seems to be getting worse in the last month.
