TB Problem on my old '86? 700 1986

High CO, chugging, stalling, hunting....

Sounds like it's runing rich.

Fuel pressure regulator, AMM, temp sensor or its connectors (the sensor under intake header #3).

"...removed the connector to the AAM while running..."

A no-no. You can damage an otherwise OK air mass meter this way.
