TB Problem on my old '86? 700 1986

I had this same problem. I looked over everthing. I was going crazy, so i took it to a local shop, only to find out it was a missing GROUND WIRE in the fuel injection harness. They got it to run in 2 days of haveing it, one black wire solved all of my problems.. no kidding.
