Have you checked for vacuum leaks? I've found the best way is to use a stethoscope with a long hose and move it around the intake, TB, injectors, hoses, etc. You don't mention having checked the function of the ECT. Also, did you replace the IAC or just check to see if it had 8 ohms internal resistance? Did you run a compression check?
