Timing light -- enlighten me

I agree with George.

After you get your tools, set the points by feeler gauge, then check the dwell, I think that you will keep the dwell meter.

You should get a meter with multiple functions.

After you get your timing light, slip a piece of radiator hose 3 or 4 inches long over the business end. That way if you touch the fan, your light might not blow up in your face.
