Have two of 'em for a while already ... never had a contact problem. The contact ring of the screw is surrounded in plastic, so it's protected enough from oxidation when it's closed.
A whole lot quicker than having to unbolt, wiggle the ground cable off, and when putting it back on, repeating the process, making sure that it's tight enough not to fall off, and not so tight as to break the bolt. :)
