No-start 240 - running out of ideas

while you are replacing your intake gasket to eliminate that possible vacum leak you should fix your wireing problems(often the wire rot goes beyond what the eye can see),at this time i would also recomend injector seals,when you get that done take your original AMM and install it in a car that is in good running condition and see if the problem follows.
