Unless the engine has been changed you have a B30F, if that is what it says
on the plate under the hood. In Europe there were B30E models but in the
US (and probably most of North America) the 72 and later models were B30F.
The computers are ALMOST the same and will probably interchange but there
are some minor differences to "improve" the environment.
The quick and dirty way to tell for sure will be to measure the thickness of
the cylinder head. The E head is 85.5mm or 3.366" thick, and the F head
is 87mm or 3.425" thick. So if it is LESS than 3 3/8", it is an E and if it
is more than 3 3/8", it is an F. I believe these measurements hold for the
B20 cylinder heads also.
