Volvo 240 and Cold Weather

Sounds like a stuck thermostat (open). Maybe the guage too, but if you have little heat, it's likely the t-stat.

My 240 (and 940) run like champs in the extreme cold... well yes everything freezes up and a few strange noises but the start and run strong always.
