No issue with the width if you're considering 165R15 for a tire size. Tires have a flexible sidewall, thus allowing a range of rim widths to be used safely. You'll be in trouble if it's out of the range, though (which you won't be at this size).
There may be about 1/8" difference in contact patches, so it prolly wouldn't hurt to have the slightly wider ones on the rear axle.
