without a wiring diagram, no. the fuse box, the overvoltage relay above your left knee amd the abs unit itself. there are 2 relay under the plastic cover. but no diagram, no power path and no ground locations to help you with, sorry. maybe the public library has the mitchells pro books in the reference section. some libraries offer access to alldata's site online, but the info i've seen is not the pro stuff and may not have diagrams available. i would have a shop who speaks volvo and run through the diagnostic tree and make sure something isn't really wrong. power and grounds would be first, with component testing after. good luck, chuck.
