Chuck,
Camera is a Fuji 2800Z, a 2 megapixel model now superceded by the S3000.

References are added using Paint Shop Pro but any similar graphics program will do it.

If you do get a camera for this type of work make sure you get one with a good macro (close-up) performance some a much bettter than others.
