Are you sure the exhaust engine pipe was not stressed with new trans mounting?. If it is in tension maybe synchronous vibration or resonance can occur,especially any loose baffle or mounting bracket.We covered transmission mount before, when box is rotated mounting point moves to one side. You must be absolutely sure your fabricated mount centres output shaft again.
