Every fuel pump that would run at all that I have tested would put up a LOT
more pressure than I needed (pegged a 100 psi gauge instantly) so I doubt that
is your problem but you HAVE to get fuel TO THE PUMP with no air.

Better fix the leak and try again.

Your injectors should work in pairs so if #3 is the only one you probably
have a bad connection somewhere.
