My only aftermarket supplier has been FCP Groton, sorry I can't offer any other recommendations...
I would not recommend using any used parts for a brake job.
If you aren't going to use a pressure bleeder (EZBleed, Motive PowerBleeder) to bleed the brakes then I highly recommend you also get a master cylinder. If you over extend the MC while pumping the brakes, the internal seals can be damaged from overextending the shaft/seals into rusted areas that may be formed in the cylinder...this is very common with the 240 series of your vintage. It just happened to me after changing my rear calipers on my '87 245 and I was using the PowerBleeder. Stranded me at my parent's house for an overnighter (I live 90min from them) until I could source a MC to finish the job.
If you don't need the MC then you can return it, the extra cost of shipping it back is less than the piece of mind of planning for disaster. (in my opinion)
Good luck
