If you plan on removing your calipers I would start spraying the brake line fittings with PB or WD40. A 11mm flare nut wrench is also recommended. Are you going to rebuild the calipers? Where did you get the front backing plates? How much where they? I spent a couple of hours scrapping painting and fiberglassing some rusted ones.
