still fuel delivery problems

Does it have a fuel pressure regulator with a vacuum connection like on my 240?
If so, maybe the FP regulator is bad or the vacuum connection is leaky or plugged. This could cause the fuel pressure to be too high. I guess the return line to the fuel tank could also be plugged or pinched. Could anything have happened when you replaced the in-tank pump?
